Pagi hari siswa-siswi SD Brawijaya Smart School mulai berdatangan, saat berpapasan dengan guru anak-anak dibiasakan untuk mengucapkan salam dan mencium tangan bapak dan ibu guru, sebelum pelajaran dimulai anak-anak diajak untuk Sholat Dhuha berjama’ah di Masjid Al-Fatah Brawijaya Smart School, kegiatan ini bertujuan agar anak terbiasa untuk sholat dhuha di pagi hari, benar memang sholat dhuha lebih utama jika dikerjakan sendiri-sendiri namun dalam proses pembelajaran dan pembiasaan sholat berjamaah dinilai lebih efektif, kegiatan serupa juga dilakukan oleh salah seorang ulama terkenal di Kota Malang yang membiasakan warga sekitar untuk sholat Dhuha berjama’ah usai mengikuti pengajian Jum’at pagi di masjid pondok pesantren yang beliau pimpin. selain sholat Dhuha berjama’ah siswa SD Brawijaya Smart School juga diajak untuk senam pagi sebelum masuk kelas hal ini bertujuan untuk menjaga kesehatan, menghilangkan rasa kantuk serta menumbuhkan semangat sehingga siswa lebih siap untuk mendapatkan pelajaran di kelas.
